Policies and Procedures

Cancellation Policy 

All appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged for 50% of the service. No call no shows or same day cancellations will be charged for 50% of the service and forfeit their booking deposit. Frequent Cancellations or No Shows will also  result in less approved bookings.

Non Refundable Booking Deposits

Booking deposits are used to secure your appointment time and will be deducted from your service total upon studio checkout. If you choose to cancel and or reschedule, your appointment deposit can be reused once within 90 days of the cancelled appointment. Deposits that aren't used within 90 days will be lost. Once a deposit is paid it can not be refunded or transferred to any other parties.

First time Bookings

 In order to meet our high standards we do not service outside fills. You must book a removal along with a full set.

Appointment Protocol 

All appointment request must be approved by management. Once approved client must confirm their appointment via text, email, or call at least 24 hours in advance, once arriving to your appointment we ask that you wear a mask and do not bring any additional guest. 

​Lateness Policy  

There is a 10 minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. If you arrive after the 10 minutes you may be subject to reschedule or cancellation. If you're constantly late this will result in less approved bookings.
